Tracy has worked in Public Relations for 25 years, commencing her career with the well-known queen of Australian PR, Prue MacSween.
A sports tragic Tracy follows the Seattle Seahawks, LA Kings, LA Galaxy in the US and the Newcastle Knights (Rugby League) and Newcastle Jets (soccer) in Australia.
Tracy has been at the helm of Eclipse Communications (formerly Helen Duncan Promotions) since 1999; taking it from strength to strength. She is a highly respected industry leader in the area of all things communications, public relations, sports marketing, events and presentation.
Tracy is one of the industry’s most respected strategists with skills in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Image Creation, Event Management and Promotions. She’s a highly motivated and driven lady, who’s happiest when her hands, diary and address book are full. There is no typical working day or week for Tracy, variety is the spice of her life.
One day you’ll find her advising business leaders about profile management at executive level meetings, the next she’s sideline at elite sports matches running the on field entertainment or rubbing shoulders with the beautiful people at fundraising events expertly co-ordinated by the Eclipse team. Tracy certainly puts the “work” into “networking”, her contacts are extensive and aside from her gorgeous daughter, her mobile phone is her prized possession.
In recent years Tracy has planned and managed some of Australia’s most iconic sporting, corporate and charity events ranging from small community activation activities through to international sporting events.
